livin, lovin, learnin...

People call me "ash" I was born with the sun sign TAURUS in MAy 11th I'm 5'4" in height a CATHOLIC by birth but not much of a follower... I feel I’m chubby but not fat! I believe in GOOD and EVIL. English is my primary language, Tagalog is my 2nd, trying to learn Chinese to be my third language. I live in a tropical country called: Philippines. My extra-curricular activities are… BLOggING! I love to surf the web.. I made some blogs for some special friends, and that was really fun! My fashion style is… a big mixture of everything... I normally use shirts, pants and slip-ons. The best book I ever read was… DaVinci Code by DAN BROWN. I always laugh at…my clumsiness... I’m filled with embarrassing moments! The coolest thing I own is… my black candles, tarot cards and my THIRD eye! My celeb dream date would be…my one and only Jerry Yan from F4[meteor garden's DAO MING SI]! I know I'm a great friend but I can also be your worst enemy! I believe in the saying: “They say one day our LIFE will flash before our eyes; make it worth watching!” I'm proud to have friends although i can count the true ones from my fingers... Twilight Saga: New Moon

I’m a bit upset because the scores didn’t turn out so well. I am still positive and I know what my team is capable of. I made it to the 4^th spot! I’m #4 in the center last September. I am not starting well this October but I am still positive that I’d get it, for good!

I am currently experiencing dysmenorrheal… wahhh!

I want to be the Best Team for October… I should be. Help me be…

I don’t have anything new to post. It was a busy week for me, tiring would be the perfect word for it. I am just sad that I still have agents who can’t somehow deliver a perfect 10 in the survey! It’s a matter of giving excellent Customer Service. They probably don’t get that the account is really in the verge of seeing doomsday if we don’t hit the mark by December 2009! The company did let go of 75 agents who didn’t perform for the last 3 months, and we may lose more if these people don’t realize the urgency of what’s happening! So frustrating! I am gunning for the TOP Team, Site wise… but what will I do to agents who don’t seem to get the point?! I will start issuing memos, I hope they soon realize the importance of hitting our goals before it’s too late.

I just had my hair done, Blond-er but it’s shoulder length now. I don’t know why, but I really love blond hair!

Saturday: 9/26

The start of the typhoon “Ondoy”. I was supposed to get Mr. Yotie (car) in Cainta but rain started to pour non-stop. In Santolan, the taxi driver said : “Ma’am, hanggang dito nalang, Baha na.” And I could see the obvious site, the people are walking though waist-high flood. I asked the Driver how far am I from 15^th avenue, Cubao… He said, we’re like 10 streets away from that road. We were in C5 Santolan. I said, I’ll just walk. No choice. Then the driver offered:”gusto mo, samahan na kita? Hanggang 20^th avenue, just give me your cp #”. (it was an offer, I can’t refuse, he is tall and cute too).He park the taxi and we walked though the flood. I owe him one.

Monday: 9/28

After work, I did HRPRO. Had a chance to stay and spend some quality time with my friend Sharms. Then Zaira and I went to alimall. We ate in Max’s, coffee in Starbucks then bought Diapers for my Dad. Then I finally found a Cab who’s willing to go to Cainta.

I’ve reached home. The flood was waist deep and it almost reached our windows. It is a miracle that it didn’t. if you go outside, it seems that the flood was neck deep… it is a mystery that it didn’t even reach the bed of my Dad. until now, i'm getting goosebumps because I know it was a miracle.

I’m sick and I am tired. But I know I have to work, I know, I can’t be sick. My throat is just so itchy!

I can’t find my eye glasses! I knew I left it in the office, I just hope I left it inside my pedestal because if I left it on top of the desk, I have to kiss it goodbye. Problem is, I don’t have enough cash to get myself a new pair of glasses. Wah!

My room is newly painted. And its ice cream purple. I love it. I just don’t like the smell though.

Look what I found: I found my place in Google Earth! We’re like 3 houses away from the clubhouse. Amazing!

I am suffering from Dysmenorrheal again! And a migraine! Wah!

This week was a bit too much for me to handle. 2 teams were dissolved and each team became 1 is to 15 agents. Though I only have 14 agents, 8 of them are New hires. To top that, my schedule is now changed to 8pm. It’s so early for me. I only get to sleep an hour or two hours the most with that schedule. I am having a hard time with the schedule. I have a new QAS, their job is to rate 2 calls of my agents randomly per week. I am praying that my team will remain up-float.

I saw the guy from the hospital, I know he tried to find a way to be able to greet or talk to me but I accidentally ignored him. When he saw me walking to his direction, he left. I thought he’s just trying to follow my advice and avoid me, then I met my cousin and Dad in front of the elevator, I didn’t notice him. My cousin said he greeted us but I was looking at the other direction and really didn’t see him. He walked straight without looking back. Maybe, he thought that I am really never going to talk to him… which I really do want to. When I walked towards the parking lot, he’s assisting someone. Then when I drove to fetch my Dad, Mom and Cousin, he left. And, I know, he did that on purpose. He changed his number… Arg….

I watched the movie: “The Proposal”. I don’t think I will ever get married.

We met in Starbucks Ali-mall, ate in KFC then stayed in Starbucks. It’s nice to get to know him. Around 11:00pm, we drove towards our subdivision. Chat while driving ‘til 12 midnight. Then we both went to our own houses. We were constantly texting and calling but it ended the next night. I wasn’t able to reach him from 8/25 night, I spoke with him on the phone as of 8/27. He recently ended an 8-year relationship. But the girl claims that she’s pregnant… have to leave him alone to deal with it…. I don’t want life to be so complicated as it is, plus, it was his choice to end the communication.

Now:

I’m back to the old me. i just wish my DAD and BF will be back on their feet soon, before I loose it.
